Many SMART facilitators understand that participant donations can help support their meeting and SMART Recovery’s broader work, but haven’t yet had a clear or comfortable way to make asking part of the meeting. That’s common, and this session is designed to help.

You'll leave with a clear understanding of why donations matter to SMART's growth and long-term sustainability, practical language for asking that doesn't feel like fundraising, and ready-to-use resources you can bring straight into your next meeting. Along the way, you'll get to practice asking in small breakout groups, so you walk out having already said it out loud, not just heard it once.

No experience with fundraising required. Just bring your questions (and any discomfort — we'll work through that together).

Note: This session will be recorded and shared on the SMART Training Hub. Can't make it? Register anyway for quick access to playback.
